Fuel Measurement System DFM

	DFM 8 D – is a measurement system of fuel consumption, which represents a volumetric differential flow meter reading out both, the flowrate in the supply line and the return line. Information on the volume of both flows is transmitted to the on-board (DFM-BC), mounted in the driver's cab. Random return flow is processed in the on-board computer but not indicated on the display. It is possible to put correction factors and temperature coefficient, which enables to reduce the error in differential measurement up to 1%.
	DFM 8 S – in its essence it is a half of DFM 8D. It is used in fuel systems, where it is impossible to reduce the supply line and return line to one meter DFM 8D (e.g. on locomotives) or when using a direct measurement method. This series of meters has also been widely used in combination with navigation systems for motor vehicles and remote fuel consumption monitoring systems on stationary objects (e.g. diesel generators, power plants, boilers etc.). Data from the meter is sent via controller to the transmitter (GPS technologies, GSM/GPRS, Bluetooth, GLONASS etc.), and then to a PC of the managing company.
	For more powerful engines with high fuel consumption we suggest DFM 20 S and DFM 25 S.

	DFM-BC - is a universal integrator, to which one or two flow meters DFM 8S (20S or 25S) can be connected, or one DFM 8D. Designed for the calculation of diesel fuel consumption by the engine (including the direct and return flow) and indication of the data on the multifunctional display (total and current consumption, operation hours). DFM-BC analyses the input signals, and also cuts-off the false signals, pulsations from high-pressure injection pump, calculates the difference between the supply and return flows. DFM-BC is equipped with a pulse output for connection to the GPS-systems.
