Boilers

Boilers are widely used in modern industry. We live in an era, when various types of energy sources are widely used in all spheres of industry. At home we use energy every day and can hardly imagine our life without it. One of these sources is fuel for boilers and furnaces.

Domestic furnace fuel is intended for burning in heating installations of small capacity, located directly in living spaces, as well as in heat generators of average capacity, which are used in agriculture for preparation of animal feeds, drying grain, fruit, food canning and other purposes.

One of the main problems while using boiler units is inability to control the actual fuel consumption, due to dependence of fuel consumption on many factors, such as:

  • weather conditions;
  • quality of the fuel;
  • mode of operation of the machinery;
  • technical condition of the machinery.

The annual increase in prices for energy sources for boilers makes the heads of the enterprises think about fuel control and saving. Due to this reason, there is a serious need to control fuel consumption. Nowadays, the market offers a big variety of systems, whose main task is to control and economize fuel, such as fuel sensors, fuel meters of various types (e.g. rotary, turbine, screw, ultrasonic, etc.). Some of them even have advantages over the fuel meters of "AquaMetro AG", but they are originally designed for large volumes of fuel and much more expensive.

    We are not going to deceive you with false percentage of savings, since we “do not sell the panacea for theft”, but introduce an accurate, functional and reliable instrument for complete transport control with a guarantee of the characteristics claimed - highly accurate fuel meters from the world leading manufacturer of measuring equipment, the Swiss company "AquaMetro AG"!

The advantages of fuel meters:

  • control of fuel consumption on boilers of different sizes;
  • our measurement systems allow to get data on fuel consumption on every separate burner;
  • continuous control of fuel consumption.

To begin with, of course, it is necessary to pick up the main component of the measuring system the fuel meter (flow meter).  We recommend you, first of all, the easiest option: installation of mechanical fuel meters. In this case, it is easy to read the data directly from the meter.

For medium and large boilers, as well as multiple boilers controlled by a single center, the convenient option of obtaining information is by means of the computer. In this case, we recommend the use of fuel meters with the pulse output for connection to GPS monitoring systems.
